Eclipses are stormy energy patterns in our Solar system. The phenomenon of three major heavenly bodies Sun, Moon and Earth lining up in perfect geometry, disrupt their normal appearance in the sky and generates disruption in normal energetic patterns. Those of us who are sensitive and tuned in, detect this in our own psyche. It plays out in the collective field too. Authentic knowledge on harnessing the potency of Eclipses for our evolution is not widely available at this time. In this container, I'll be sharing wisdom from the ancient Seers of the Himalayan tradition, guidelines to mitigate the ill effect and - Kriya - techniques to elevate ourselves energetically.

HOW IT WORKS:

- We'll gather daily at 15.00 UK time for 60 minutes. You'll learn potent Yogic breath practices, chant sacred Mantra, and soak in liberating wisdom. Balance the energy of the shadow planets activated in the collective and in our psyche, mitigate the destabilising ill effects of the eclipse by being prepared.

- The sessions will be held online via zoom in two waves, Lunar and Solar, corresponding to each eclipse. The Lunar wave runs from 22nd to 28th March, and the Solar wave runs from 5th to 11th April. 

- If you can't make it live, recordings will be made available for you to access at your convenience. You'll gain the benefit of attending from being there for some days or all days.
